Is the name of one of my most favorite cookbooks which includes recipes from along the Mekong from Vietnam to China. The night market at Luang Namtha is one happening place, complete with established vendors in the fancy booths along with villagers who set up their homemade dishes on picnic tables in more obscure parts of the market.
